Danspunt’s publication ‘Eigendraads. De kracht van inclusieve dans’ (‘Self-willed. The power of inclusive dance’) aims to give an insight into the rich world of inclusive dance.
Do not expect a step-by-step plan with guaranteed success. This publication is a plea for a continuous search process. That searching attitude actually is the power of inclusive dance. Thanks to the process of working with people from different backgrounds, one lets go of standards, discovers what dance can be, and is forced to question their certainties.
This bundle points you in the right direction, with concrete practices and examples. No more and no less. In this, we are mainly addressing dance makers and teachers and we explain how you can enrich your dance language by allowing inclusive dance.
